Without reward, without fame, we stand for those who can otherwise not stand and light a path for those in the darkest of the seven hells.
The Pact
The Pact stands as a singular entity, a union forged in trust, bound by purpose, and guided by the steady hand of Rikah, its founder and leader. It is not a monolith, but a living alliance, one built upon the strengths of two distinct yet interwoven orders: the Coven, masters of insight and unseen influence, and The Cinder Pride, champions of action and flame. Together, they form the two halves of a greater whole, each dependent upon the other to see the Pact’s vision fulfilled.
The Coven
The Coven serves as the Pact’s mind, a circle of four distinct groups united beneath a shared banner of knowledge, foresight, and subtlety. Operating in the shadows and behind closed doors, they specialize in intelligence operations, strategic planning, and arcane diplomacy, ensuring the Pact is always one step ahead. Their governance is shaped by a Round Table Council, where all voices are heard, yet one seat carries the weight of final authority. A hidden figure whose identity remains a closely guarded secret, even among the Council itself. Though the Coven wields power through information, they are not warriors; their strength lies in influence, coordination, and the unseen hand that moves the world.
The Cinder Pride
Formerly known as The Phoenix Accord, the Cinder Pride stands as the Pact’s heart and blade, the embodiment of will, courage, and flame. Where the Coven gathers knowledge, the Pride takes action. Led by Leonard Bladebreaker, known to allies and enemies alike as The Ashen Lion, they handle the tasks that cannot be achieved through intellect alone. The Cinder Pride is a brotherhood of warriors, guardians, and emissaries, each sworn to defend the Pact’s ideals and to bring the Pact's vision to life through deed as much as word. Their very name is a tribute to the pact first struck between Rikah and The Ashen Lion, a bond of mutual respect and shared purpose that forged the foundation of what the Pact is today. Neither mind nor muscle alone can sustain the Pact, only through unit, wisdom guiding strength, and strength protecting wisdom, does it endure. Together, The Coven and The Cinder Pride stand as two flames of the same fire, eternal and intertwined, ever burning toward the horizon of a shared destiny.

Circle of ShadowsHidden from even the eye of our internal ranks, the circle of shadow ensures that the secrets and the ones they help are kept safe.
Never disclosing their position to anyone, including high ranking officials of The Cinder Pride or Coven, they seek to make sure that all discreet matters remain in shadow.Circle of EnlightenmentMade of up of mostly Sharlean scholars engineers and alchemists, this branch unmasks needed truths and helps those unlearned to aspire for more.

Rebuild Guidelines & Expectations
Effective January 28, 2026What "Rebuilding" Means
The Cinder Pride is currently in a rebuild phase. While existing members may retain their current rank or position, all members are being re-vetted under our new standards. Your current standing does not guarantee your future in the FC.
We are committed to creating a healthier, more structured community. This means enforcing clear expectations and holding everyone accountable—no exceptions.
Membership & Invitations
All new members must apply. No one may be invited without going through the application process. Members invited without proper vetting will be removed and may not be re-invited.
Character Standards
We are a Final Fantasy XIV-centric roleplay group with lore-compliant (not lore-strict) standards. All characters must fit within the realm of FFXIV lore.
We do not accept:
- Isekai'd characters from other games, comics, anime, or franchises
- Warrior of Light characters
- Established Final Fantasy characters (e.g., Y'shtola, Cloud)
There are countless creative ways to build a character within FFXIV's world. We encourage originality within these boundaries.
Important: Members who alter their character after acceptance in ways that violate these standards are subject to removal. Approval is based on the character as presented during vetting—not as a blank check for future changes.
Community Conduct
The Cinder Pride is a creative space built on mutual respect. We have zero tolerance for prejudice, hate, or harassment of any kind.
Respect extends to:
- Fellow members as people
- Their characters and creative work
- Their ideas, backgrounds, and identities
Criticism of someone's character or story should be constructive and invited—not cruel or unsolicited. We are here to create together, not tear each other down.
OOC vs. IC: Keep in-character conflict in-character. Out-of-character interactions should remain respectful, civil, and drama-free. Do not use IC situations to mask OOC hostility.
General Expectations:
- Be mature. Think before you speak. Consider how your words affect others.
- Stay in your lane. Don't start drama, spread gossip, or stir conflict.
- Handle disagreements privately. If you have an issue with someone, address it calmly or bring it to moderation—don't air it publicly.
- No main character syndrome. This is a collaborative space. Share the spotlight.
- Read the room. Be aware of tone, boundaries, and when to step back.
In short: don't act out of pocket. You know what appropriate behavior looks like. We expect you to demonstrate it.
The Vetting Process
All members—including long-standing ones—must complete a two-month vetting period of active interaction with the FC. The only exceptions are the FC Leader and Moderation team.
This process exists to ensure everyone meets our standards before receiving full membership privileges.
Discipline & Strikes
Everyone is subject to a three-strike system. We will no longer tolerate repeated bad behavior.
- Strikes can be removed after two months of good behavior, but doing so resets your vetting period.
- Kicks are permanent unless new information proves the decision was unwarranted.
Breaking or attempting to circumvent the rules will result in a strike or immediate removal, depending on severity.
Regarding Removals
If you are asked to leave or removed from the FC:
- Do not cause a scene or attempt to rally other members against the decision.
- Do not try to bypass moderators by appealing directly to the FC Leader—this will result in removal.
Current members should also be aware: removed individuals may attempt to influence you. Be cautious about engaging with such talk.
Lupin has been through enough. Please do not burden them with personal grievances or complaints about how things are run. Moderation exists to handle these matters.
Final Notes
These rules are set in stone. They exist because of past problems, and we want to be absolutely clear about expectations moving forward.
We recognize that some current members may not meet the new standards. This is an intentional part of the rebuild. Our goal is a stronger, more cohesive community for those who remain.
